16 ounce(s) tofu
1/2 cup(s) whole wheat flour
3 tablespoon(s) nutritional yeast
3 tablespoon(s) vegetable bouillon powder
1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
1/4 cup(s) sesame seeds
1small, scrubbed potato
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) onion powder, to taste
Grind the tofu, potato and onion in a food processor. Don't let it get too fine. Mix in remaining ingredients, shape into burgers and bake at around 350 degrees on a very lightly oiled cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes, turning once.
