Broiled Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients

For 6 people

  • 6 Mahi-Mahi steaks
  • 1 ounce(s) Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 cup(s) fresh blueberries
  • 2 cup(s) fresh raspberries
  • 2 cup(s) fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon(s) shallots, chopped
  • 5 1/3 tablespoon(s) white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 floz white wine

Directions

  1. Place fresh rosemary on mahi-mahi steaks and broil or grill over medium-high heat for 5 - 8 minutes per side or until firm-tender. Combine remaining ingredients and serve over fish.
