Call me corny, but this casserole is down right delicious! Full of rich and creamy butter and eggs, this easy-to-make dish is hearty enough to stand alone or be paired with such things as chili or fried chicken.

Ingredients
For 6 people
1 cup(s) butter, melted
2(15.25 oz) cans creamed corn
2eggs, beaten
8 ounce(s) dry cornbread mix
1onion, finely chopped
1dash salt to taste
1dash black pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Add corn, eggs, corn bread mix, onion, salt and pepper and mix well.
Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until firm.
