For 4 people

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 8 teaspoon(s) spicy brown mustard
  • 8 ounce(s) thinly sliced deli corned beef
  • 8 ounce(s) vinaigrette deli Cole slaw
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese


  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spread each slice of bread with 2 tsp. mustard.
  2. To assemble each sandwich, layer one slice bread, two slices corned beef, 14-cup Cole slaw and one slice of cheese. Place sandwiches on ungreased baking sheet; bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
