4 tablespoon(s) chili powder
2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
1large chopped onion
1green pepper, chopped
4 cup(s) cans tomatoes
8 floz water
1 floz salad oil
1/8 cup(s) flour
3 cup(s) cans pinto beans or kidney beans
Directions
Brown ground beef; add chili powder, salt, sugar, onion, green pepper, tomatoes, and water. Simmer until all is cooked. Add rest of ingredients, mixing flour with liquid from beans for thickening.
