This is a veggie pasta and can be “adjusted” as you like. Feel free to experiment… but remember to keep the pasta “al dente”.
For 2 people
In medium saucepan over medium heat, sauté onion, garlic and green pepper in the 1/2 tbsp. of oil and the 1 tsp. of butter until transparent. Add the tomatoes, macaroni and hot water and salt and pepper. Cover and cook the length of time it takes the macaroni as directed on macaroni package, stirring occasionally. Adding more hot water if needed.
