No cappucino maker? No problem. This stovetop creation rivals your favorite coffeeshop latte. Serve hot and foamy or chill it in the fridge for an iced coffee creation.

Milky Coffee


For 4 people

  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 1 1/3 cup(s) hot freshly brewed dark roast espresso coffee
  • 1 cinnamon to taste (optional)


Heat milk in a saucepan set over medium-low heat. Whisk rapidly with a whisk to create foam. Brew espresso and pour into 4 cups. Pour in milk, holding back the foam with a spoon and spoon foam over the top. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon over the top for extra flavor.
