Mix first six ingredients. Whisk together eggs and milk. Dredge fish in flour; dip in egg wash; then press firmly, on both sides, into Parmesan mixture. Heat olive oil in non-stick sauté pan. Brown fish on both sides; finish in a 350-degree oven if necessary.
