Slow Cooker Pork Barbecue

Slow Cooker Pork Barbecue


For 8 people

  • 1 pork tenderloin roast (approx 2 lbs)
  • 1 cup(s) onion, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) diet soda
  • 8 ounce(s) low-sodium barbecue sauce
  • 1 package hamburger buns


Put tenderloin in the crock pot. Mix up other ingredients in a bowl and pour over pork. Cook 4-6 hours on high or until tender. take pork out, then shred. Put pork back into juice and stir it up. Put it on a hamburger bun, and enjoy!
