Sun-dried tomatoes combined with parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic, sour cream, salt and pepper make this a decadent dip. It goes great with tortillas, pita chips, French bread or fresh vegetables.

Place tomatoes in small saucepan, barely cover with water, bring to a boil, and simmer until tender. Drain any excess water. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
