Diet Disasters Delivered
Some of the latest delivery offerings would inspire fear in even the staunchest pizza fans. Everyone knows that gooey, meaty, cheesy pizza is bad for your health and your diet, with astronomical fat and calorie counts. But keep an eye out for some new heavy hitters that'll make a deep dent in your dieting efforts. Domino's newest menu offerings will bowl you over when you see the fat, calories and sodium they contain. Pasta served in a bread bowl sounds like a high-carb nightmare - and it is - but the carbs aren't what's scary about these dishes. The 3-Cheese Mac-N-Cheese bowl contains a whopping 1,460 calories and maxes out the recommended sodium intake of 2,500 milligrams per day. The Chicken Alfredo bowl is only slightly better, clocking in at 1,460 calories and 2,100 milligrams of sodium.
