If you see your progress plateau, take a look at the frequency of your weight training - are you working the same muscles every day? If so, try alternating upper- and lower-body workouts each day. This allows muscle fibers to repair themselves and grow. Take a look at your calorie-burning workouts and stretching workouts. Flexibility is key to weight training, especially for avoiding injuries, and aerobic workouts shouldn't be overlooked, either.
