Autumn is the best time of year to get that bike out and go for a ride. Mountain biking, bike racing and riding on designated pathways are wonderful ways to catch some fresh air and work out your entire body.

You can always forgo the ride to work -- save money on gas costs and get a workout in at the same time. Ride several miles every day and prepare to enter a marathon race.

What other ways can you work out in the autumn air? Join a class that works out at different locations outside every morning. It's a fun, invigorating way to start the day. Go for walks and volunteer to rake your neighbor's leaves as well as your own. Have some fun this autumn and work out in the great outdoors.
