- 1 whole fryer chicken, cut into pieces (legs, thighs, breasts, etc.)
- 1 packet powdered herb soup mix
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 1/3 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees (190 degrees celsius) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
