Bob Barker may have retired early this year, but he’s gonna have to come on down… to the courthouse. The old codger, along with CBS and Price’s production company, is being sued for sexual hara$$ment. According to a lawsuit filed on Oct. 4, a former CBS employee has slapped the silver-haired fox with allegations of racial discrimination, sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment.

In the court filings, CBS veteran Deborah Curling claims she "was exposed to sexual and mental harassment, abuse, and racial discrimination. Defendant Barker created an atmosphere of terror on the show, as a result of which any employee who complained about the working environment or contradicted Barker was fired."

Curling says she was retaliated against after she squealed in another harassment suit filed against the network. This isn’t the first time – and probably not the last time—Bob’s been on the receiving end of a sex suit. He was sued in both 1993 and 1995.
