ABC With Cheese

  • 6 cup(s) whole milk
  • 1 12 ounce alphabet pasta
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 ounce(s) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ounce(s) freshly grated nutmeg


  1. Bring the milk to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add the alphabet pasta and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until al dente and the milk is thickened to a cream consistency, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the eggs, cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
