ABC With Cheese

Ingredients

- 6 cup(s) whole milk
- 1 12 ounce alphabet pasta
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 ounce(s) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ounce(s) freshly grated nutmeg
Directions
- Bring the milk to a boil in a large saucepan.
- Add the alphabet pasta and cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until al dente and the milk is thickened to a cream consistency, about 10 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the eggs, cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
