For 6 people

  • 1 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 8 tablespoon(s) cream
  • 1 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 6 egg, beaten


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle cheese in 9x9-inch square baking dish and dot with butter.
  3. Mix cream, mustard, salt, and pepper, and pour half of the mixture over the cheese. Pour eggs on top and pour remaining cream mixture over the eggs.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes and serve immediately.
