Arch Angel Pasta Salad

This pasta is heaven sent. If you've got these four ingredients and a short amount of time, you'll have a scumptious pasta seafood salad. It works as a side or a stand alone dish.   


Arch Angel Pasta Salad

Ingredients

For 6 people

  • 16 ounce(s) angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 pound(s) cooked bay shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) ranch-style salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup(s) chopped green onions

Directions

1. Cook pasta in boiling water as normal, then drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Combine the pasta, shrimp, green onions and ranch dressing, then carefully work the shrimp into the pasta with your hands.
As the salad sits it absorbs some of the dressing. So you can add a little dressing right before serving. Enjoy!
