Asian Cole Slaw


For 6 people

  • 16 ounce(s) bag shredded cabbage (red or white)
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, sliced into thin sticks
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 15 leaves fresh basil, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup(s) vinegar, distilled
  • 2 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon(s) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon(s) toasted sesame oil


Combine vegetables in a bowl. Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss to coat.
