Avocado, Tomato and Feta Appetizer

  • 2 avocadoes, seeded and chopped
  • 4 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup(s) red onion, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 4 ounce(s) reduced-fat feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt


Combined avocado, tomatoes and onion in a bowl . Mix gently. Stir in cilantro. Add feta cheese, olive oil, vinegar, cumin and salt. Mix until combined. Chill, covered in the refrigerator. Serve with pita wedges or tortilla chips.
