Baked Chicken Stuffing

This juicy, baked chicken with stuffing gives you a hint of holiday comfort all year round. This easy-to-prep recipe is perfect for dinner parties or for busy school nights. 

Baked Chicken Stuffing


For 8 people

  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 6 stalks chopped celery
  • 3 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter


Sauté chicken in butter until white, then chop and add to baking dish. Sauté onions and celery, then add soup and mayonnaise until heated. Pour mixture over chicken. Mix stuffing, eggs, and melted butter. Place stuffing mix over sauce and chicken. Bake for 1 hour. Cover dish with foil when stuffing is brown.
