Ham isn't just for the holidays. Add a taste of the tropics to your dinner rotation with this easy baked dish, featuring baked ham glazed with brown sugar, Kahlua and mustard.
For 14 people
Place ham with rind on rack in roasting pan, fat side up. Roast at 300 degrees for 18 minutes per lb. During last hour, trim rind, score fat criss-cross and stud with cloves. Sprinkle top with brown sugar, then 3 tsp. Kahlua. Pour 1/2 cup of Kahlua and mixed mustard into pan. Baste frequently with pan syrup.
