Banana Dip with Curry Flavor
This Indian-inspired dip is infused with curry and sweet notes of pineapple and banana. Great as a snack or appetizer, this dip will make your guests go bananas.
Ingredients

- 8 ounce(s) plain yogurt
- 2/3 tablespoon(s) minced onion
- 1 teaspoon(s) curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into spears
- 1 cucumber, cut into slices
- 16 ounce(s) cooked shrimp
Directions
Combine bananas, yogurt, onion, curry powder and salt in small bowl. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with pineapple, cucumber and shrimp.
