Barbecue Beef
Low and slow barbecue doesn't have to mean a day spent manning the grill. Mix things up and let the crockpot do the cooking with this mouthwatering barbecue sirloin recipe.
Ingredients
For 12 people
- 48 ounce(s) sirloin, cut in large chunks
- 2 tablespoon(s) vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
- 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1 cup(s) catsup
- 16 ounce(s) water
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch(es) sugars, to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a covered pot and bake 5 hours at 250 degrees - add more water as necessary. Remove beef and taste sauce. Add sugar to taste. Shred beef and return to pot for 10 minutes. Serve on buns.
