Beef in Curry & Coconut Milk

- 1 (14 oz) can coconut milk
- 2 teaspoon(s) red curry paste
- 32 ounce(s) beef sirloin steaks
- 2 tablespoon(s) fish sauce (nam pla)
- 2 1/2 ounce(s) fresh basil (one bunch)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3 teaspoon(s) sugar
Directions
Slice beef thinly. In big pot, stir and cook coconut milk until it separates, about 5 minutes. Stir in red curry paste; add sliced beef, cooking until done. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
