Beef & Mushroom Crockpot

This slow-roasted beef dinner gives you one less thing to worry about - mix up the ingredients in the morning and let your crockpot do the work. Serve over a bed of egg noodles and sprinkle with cheese.

- 24 ounce(s) beef ribeye
- 1 package instant onion soup mix (1.25 ounces)
- 16 ounce(s) fresh sliced mushrooms
- 2 (8 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounce(s) red wine
- 1 package of egg noodles
Directions
Cut beef into large cubes. Place all ingredients into crock-pot, except egg noodles. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
