Beer Cheese Dip
Cheers to this cheesy beer dip! Serve it with chips or bread cubes and you'll have guests raising a toast to your culinary creation.
Ingredients

- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounce(s) pasteurized process Cheddar cheese with Jalapeno pepper, cubed
- 2 2/3 ounce(s) beer
- 1 cup(s) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup(s) scallions, sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Chips or tortilla crisps
Directions
- In medium saucepan, over low heat, cook cream cheese, pasteurized cheese and beer, until melted and smooth.
- Stir in beans, scallions and tomatoes and heat through.
- Serve warm or cold as a dip with pretzels, chips or tortilla crisps.
