Beer Cheese Dip

Cheers to this cheesy beer dip! Serve it with chips or bread cubes and you'll have guests raising a toast to your culinary creation.


Beer Cheese Dip


For 6 people

  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounce(s) pasteurized process Cheddar cheese with Jalapeno pepper, cubed
  • 2 2/3 ounce(s) beer
  • 1 cup(s) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup(s) scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup(s) tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Chips or tortilla crisps


  1. In medium saucepan, over low heat, cook cream cheese, pasteurized cheese and beer, until melted and smooth.
  2. Stir in beans, scallions and tomatoes and heat through.
  3. Serve warm or cold as a dip with pretzels, chips or tortilla crisps.
