Best Mango Pina Colada
Mango rum mixed with crushed pineapple and vanilla ice cream makes for a delicious frozen summer drink. You can whip up a non-alcoholic version with mango puree instead.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 10 ounce(s) frozen Pina colada mix
- 1 cup(s) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 cup(s) vanilla ice cream
- 25 1/2 ounce(s) mango flavored rum
- 8 cubes of ice
- 1/4 cup(s) whipping cream
- 4 cherries with stems
Directions
Combine the Pina colada mix, pineapple with juice, vanilla ice cream, rum, and ice in a blender. Blend until slushy. Pour the whipping cream into a bowl, and beat until soft peaks form. Stir into the Pina colada mixture to blend evenly; pour into four glasses. Top each drink with a cherry.
