Brandy Cream Sauce for Steak

Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1/2 ounce(s) brandy
- 1 cup(s) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon(s) mustard, prepared, whole whole grain mustard
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Directions
Deglaze pan with brandy. Add cream and mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer and stir constantly over medium-low heat until reduced to desired thickness. Serve with Steak.
