Breaded Lamb Chops
Rosemary takes the spotlight in these tasty and tempting lamb chops. With a small amount of breading, there's lots of flavor, which is complemented by the scrumptious ham glaze.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 3/4 cup(s) plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon(s) fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
- 20 ounce(s) boneless lamb (about 4 to 6)
- 2 2/3 ounce(s) ham glaze
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Combine breadcrumbs, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper in shallow dish. Brush lamb with ham glaze; coat with breadcrumb mixture. Heat olive oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add lamb; cook on both sides for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden. Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until lamb is no longer pink in center.
