Slow Cooked Goulash with Noodles

This inexpensive beef and noodle medley is such a delight when served up to your family. The meat is tender, the sauce is creamy and the noodles are perfectly done. And did we mention that your crockpot does most of the grunt work? Sit back and enjoy.

 


Slow Cooked Goulash with Noodles

Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 2 pound(s) round steaks, cut in 1/2-in. cubes
  • 1 cup(s) onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) thyme, dried and crushed
  • 14 1/2 ounce(s) can tomatoes
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 Noodles, cooked

Directions

Put steak cubes, onion and garlic in crock-pot. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving, and stir in thoroughly. Serve over hot buttered noodles.
