Cabbage & Broccoli Salmon

Salmon, broccoli slaw and cabbage round out this healthy, nutritional dish. This delightful meal is worth swimming upstream for! It just goes to show that clean eating can be tasty.


Cabbage & Broccoli Salmon

Ingredients

For 5 people

  • 16 ounce(s) cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1/8 ounce(s) sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 ounce(s) cooked salmon

Directions

Mix cabbage and broccoli, place in colander, then rinse and drain. Place olive oil and sesame seeds in large skillet, over medium heat. When oil is hot, add cabbage mixture. Cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes; reduce heat to “low” and add salmon. Steam fish and vegetables about 4 minutes and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
