Ingredients
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
1 lb. large shrimp, peeled
1 tsp. minced garlic cloves
2 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp. chicken broth
1 tomato, diced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. dried thyme
2 tbsp. flat leaf, chopped
1/4 tsp. greated lemon zest
cooked angel hair pasta or rice
Methods/steps
Heat butter in large skillet and saute shrimp until it begins to turn pink. Add garlic and green onion, cooking for 1 minute longer.
Add chicken broth, tomato and seasonings. Cook about 5 minutes, or until shrimp are fully cooked and sauce has thickened slightly.
Stir the zest and parsley into the sauce.
Serve over rice or pasta.
