Cheddar Bacon Burger
Get your grill on! These bacon and cheddar burgers are infused with flavor that will beat out any restaurant. The only reason your family won't say "Thanks" is because they will be too busy eating.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 16 ounce(s) (1 lb) ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon(s) prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 8 tablespoon(s) (1/2 cup) real bacon bits
Directions
Preheat grill for high heat. Mix in a large bowl, the ground beef, Cheddar cheese, horseradish, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and bacon bits using your hands. Form into 4 hamburger patties. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place hamburger patties on the grill, and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until well done. Serve on buns.
