Cheese & Nut-Covered Grapes

I hear it through the grapevine...and now you have too. These cheese and pistachio covered grapes are absolutely divine! Equally appropriate as a holiday appetizer or a mid-summer snacker, these bite sized morsels are big on creamy, juicy flavor. Try switching between red and green grapes and even almonds or pecans instead of pistachios until you find the combination that makes your taste buds roll over and go nuts.


Cheese & Nut-Covered Grapes

Ingredients

For 10 people

  • 2 ounce(s) blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/3 ounce(s) (2 tsp) port wine
  • 1/3 cup(s) pistachio nuts
  • 50 red or green seedless grapes
  • 3 ounce(s) cheese, cream

Directions

In a small bowl combine cream cheese, blue cheese and port wine. Wrap a little of the cheese mixture around each grape. Roll grapes in chopped nuts. Cover and chill grapes for 30 to 60 minutes, or until serving time.
