Cheese & Sausage Hot Muffins

  • 11 ounce(s) Welsh Rarebit defrosted
  • 16 ounce(s) Italian sausage, cooked and drained
  • 4 ounce(s) diced green chiles
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 3 cup(s) all-purpose baking mix


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 24 muffin cups.
  2. Combine Welsh rarebit, sausage, chiles, chili powder and cumin in medium bowl. Add baking mix; stir just until moistened. Spoon mixture into prepared muffin cups, filling 2/3 full.
  3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
