Cheesy Beef & Noodle Casserole
In search of a fast and simple dinner that you can whip up in a matter of minutes? This scrumptious cheesy beef and noodle casserole can be thrown together with some very basic ingredients on hand. Dinner is served!
Ingredients
For 8 people
- 24 ounce(s) ground beef
- 1 4 oz. can tomatoes
- 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cup(s) medium egg noodles
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 8 ounce(s) pkg cream cheese
- 6 green onions, finely chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large frying pan, saute ground beef and garlic over medium heat; drain fat. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and simmer 10 minutes.
2. Prepare noodles as directed on package. Drain. Toss with sour cream, cream cheese and green onions. Spoon half of the noodle mixture into a greased casserole dish, top with half the meat mixture.
3. Add the rest of the noodles and top with remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil.
4. Bake for 30 minutes.
