Ingredients

  • 311 3/4 grams Mexicorn, drained
  • 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 8 tablespoon(s) chopped green chilies, undrained
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped onion
  • 1 cup(s) jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon(s) picante sauce
  • 3 cup(s) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) chopped sweet red pepper
  • 20 assorted crackers

Directions

In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; stir in cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
