Chicken and Rice Casserole

Ingredients

For 6 people

  • 1 1/3 cup(s) cream of chicken soup
  • 10 2/3 floz water
  • 3/4 cup(s) uncooked instant white rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder, and pepper in a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Top with chicken; sprinkle with additional pepper if desired. Cover and bake 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done. Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
