Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Classic Italian doesn't have to take all day. This simple, creamy Alfredo recipe is a perfect fix for those days when you're short on time and ingredients.


Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo


For 6 people

  • 4 skinless & boneless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup(s) mushrooms, pre-cooked in microwave
  • 1 cup(s) butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup(s) to .5 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 dash(es) freshly cracked pepper
  • 2 cup(s) fettuccine, cooked


Drop fettuccine into water and cook until fettuccine comes to the surface (approximately 2 minutes). Drain and place in a warm bowl in which half the softened butter has been placed. Top with lumps of remaining butter and cheese. Toss lightly (2 minutes) until fettuccine is well coated and a creamy sauce has formed. Add pepper, mushrooms, chicken breast and additional cheese.
