Chicken Noodle Casserole

This homemade spin on a classic soup will have you rethinking casseroles. Break out of the routine and try this delicious meal the next time you're craving delicious chicken noodle soup.

Chicken Noodle Casserole


For 6 people

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Italian seasoning
  • 2/3 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2/3 cup(s) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounce(s) whole wheat wide noodles, uncooked
  • 1 cup(s) corn
  • 1 cup(s) (8 oz) chicken breast, cooked and cubed


Cook the noodles according to package directions; drain. Set aside. Spray a large skillet with baking spray. Combine soup and Italian seasoning. Add cheese. Cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Add noodles, corn and chicken. Lower heat; simmer about 5 minutes or till heated through.
