Chicken Tortellini Soup
Creamy, delicious and on top of that super simple to make, when it comes to dinner decisions, this soup is your perfect solution. The cheese tortellini adds a Italian twist to this tasty comfort food. It is even better with broccoli and carrots.
Ingredients
For 2 people
- 1 1/8 cup(s) pkg. Green Giant Frozen Chopped Broccoli, thawed
- 48 floz water
- 3 cans condensed chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup(s) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cup(s) cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 cup(s) chopped onions
- 1 cup(s) sliced carrots
- 4 floz dry vermouth or water
- 2 floz garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) oregano leaves
- 3/4 cup(s) cheese tortellini
- 2 teaspoon(s) Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine water, chicken broth, soup, chicken, onions, carrots, vermouth, garlic, basil and oregano. Bring to boil; add tortellini. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Add broccoli. Simmer an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Serve with cheese.
