Chili-Cheese Beans

Chili out! No need to cook to make this delicious recipe. With a side of crunch and a forkful of spice, it is a perfect lunch to give you a boost.

Chili-Cheese Beans


For 8 people

  • 16 ounce(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 medium onion ,finely chopped
  • 1 large head of lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 3/4 cup(s) can chili beans in sauce, chilled (15 oz.)
  • 36 tablespoon(s) (3/4 bottle) Kraft Catalina dressing, chilled
  • 1 medium bag Fritos or Dorito taco chips, crushed


  1. Wash and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash chilled chili beans to remove the sauce; then drain. Combine beans, tomatoes, cheese, and dressing. Toss gently and allow chilling for at least 1/2 hour. Mix in lettuce and chips just before serving.
