Chocolate Chip Cookies
Nothing warms the house and tummy up better than some homemade chocolate chip cookies. A simple and sweet scrumpitious treat that will satisfy all your chocolate cravings.
Ingredients
For 1 people
- 2 eggs
- 3 cup(s) all purpose flour
- 2 cup(s) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
- 1 cup(s) butter, softened
- 1 cup(s) white sugar
- 1 cup(s) packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 1/3 ounce(s) hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar to a smooth cream. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla. Dissolve baking soda in hot water. Add to batter along with salt. Mix in flour, chocolate chips, and nuts. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
