Ingredients

For 1 people

  • 1 1/4 cup(s) green chile enchilada sauce
  • 3 cup(s) Muenster cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) chili powder
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon(s) water

Directions

  1. Heat enchilada sauce. Add cheese a little at a time until it melts, stir in chili powder. Combine cornstarch and water, and then add to sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Pour into fondue pot.
