Chunky Pork & Sausage Chili in Crock Pot

Ingredients
For 5 people
- 16 ounce(s) boneless pork country-style ribs, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 8 ounce(s) fully cooked smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 cup(s) chopped onion
- 1 cup(s) chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 3/4 cup(s) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 3/4 cup(s) tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 cup(s) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 8 floz beer
- 2 teaspoon(s) chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1 dash(es) salt to taste
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in 4 quart slow cooker; mix gently. Cover and cook on “low” heat setting for 8-10 hours until pork is tender.
