Classic Apple Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients
For 4 people
- 1 cup(s) apple cinnamon granola
- 3/4 cup(s) all-pupose flour
- 1/2 cup(s) packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) shortening
- 1/4 cup(s) white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together granola, flour, brown sugar, shortening, white sugar, egg, salt, vanilla extract and baking soda together in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
