Classic Chicken & Rice


For 4 people

  • 1 cup(s) rice
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed chicken broth, low fat
  • 5 1/2 ounce(s) water
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper to taste


Place all ingredients in a medium pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cook on low for 25 minutes.
