Classic Waffles
You can find delicious waffles in diners and breakfast joints all over, and now you can turn your house in to a breakfast hot spot, too! A tried-and-true classic, keep it simple with butter and syrup or kick it up with your choice of fresh fruit or other toppings.
Ingredients
For 4 people
- 2 cup(s) waffle mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup(s) water
- 1 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) honey
Directions
- Place waffle mix in a large mixing bowl; in a separate bowl, combine eggs, water, oil and honey.
- Stir the egg mixture into the waffle mix just until moistened.
- Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
