Cole Slaw

Classic cole slaw is a must-have for any BBQ get together. Skip the store-bought mix and either create this classic at home, or dress it up with chopped, seeded tomatoes, sliced green onions and a tablespoon of olive oil.

Cole Slaw


For 6 people

  • 1/2 medium cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard
  • 2 tablespoon(s) to 3 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper


Chop cabbage in food processor. In bowl, mix together cabbage, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, sugar, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix together well, refrigerate covered if not using promptly
